Jasveer Kaur has been around in the Mumbai film industry way back since 1997. Even before that as a kid, she used to dub now-and-then for child artists. But since 1997, when she tried her luck in the Indian film industry, she started, like most beginners with tiny roles. For a long while she was a backup dancer (the so called “extras” who danced in the background behind the high-profile star cast). She appeared in several films as a dance troupe member including some lesser known films like Hindustan ki Kasam and Hum To Mohabbat Karega. She also found her way into some big movies - like doing cameo roles with SRK in films like Baadshah and Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustaani. She even was part of films like Kuch Naa Kaho, Koi Mil Gaya, Mission Kashmir, Mohabatein and Dil Se. It was during a dance number in Balaji films’ Kuch To Hai, when Jasveer was spotted and asked if she would be interested in a TV serial role. And then came K-Street Pali Hill - and Jasveer has never looked back since.
